Tourism organisation

Turku is the country's oldest town and previous capital, located on the southwest coast of Finland. The River Aura, which flows through the city centre is the heart and soul of Turku. On the shores of the river you will find plenty of exciting restaurants, cafés and sights - all on walking distance from each other! Just outside the city you will find the world's biggest and for sure one of the most beautiful Archipelagos of the world, with over 20.000 islands. A perfect area for different kinds of outdoor activities and islands hopping excursions.

Visit Turku is a marketing and sales organisation that provides tourism services for the whole Southwest Finland. The tourist information, the sales department and the Turku Convention & Events Bureau, among others, are also included in the organisation’s activities.
The Food Walk card - a must card for foodies - as well as the brand new Museum Walk card can also be bought via us. Our sales department is happy to arrange various guided tours, transfers, sight visits, meals etc. in the region for your group.
